Blow the candles out,
Bye bye 2008 and HELLO 2009! (Wednesday, December 31, 2008)
In about half an hour time we are going bid goodbye to year 2008 and say WELCOME 2009! And right at this moment, in my small humble room, infront of my little laptop doing my report, I have decided to write my last entry for year 2008.So how did I spent my last day of year 2008? Ohhhhh is another faithful but yet FUN DAY! Oh yea I spent my last new year eve with joyce going to the NUS talk on early in the morning at 9.30am and rushed down with a cab frm clementi just to find out that Hey oh actually the talk is held on the 7th of JAN 2009! (Tt is how I can't wait for year 2009 to come!) Sry JOYCE! So since we are there, we went sightseeing in the sch which was as quiet as a 'cemetry' with hardly any souls. Then we realised that OH YEA its SCHOOL HOLIDAY! Cool! With our Ah Q mindset we carry on with our sightseeing and exploration ard the school. One word to describe it was HUGE! EXTREMELY HUGE! Just 1 engineering school, we spent almost 30 mins walking and we are still in the school. Is like the area of one TP and with the whole NUS is many many TPs. You even need to take bus just to travel from one school to another and finally we found BUS school which the environment did not impress me much (I was wondering if I was late for lec tt's it!) But I had a whole whale of time with Joyce!
So was back to sch for MA lec then hang out at TM and that is how I spent my last day of 2008! Simple but I LIKE! Now, I am back to the reality of doing my report even is not a very good way of starting a new year.
Now you asked me what is my new year resolution? Here it goes:
1) Not to be so muddle head
2) More organize
3) Learn how to better control my emotional state
4) Be cheerful and live life to the fullest everyday
5) Have more fun time with my friends and family
*6) SLEEP EARLY! I have been slping late almost every night so is BAD BAD BAD.
Boring? Not creative? BINGO! TT is wat I want to be a simple girl with a simple life with simple things that will make me simply happy and cheerful in my every simple day! Get it? SIMPLE!
And to my besties, though we did not get to meet on the last day of 2008 but our friendship will last till do we part!
And to howei, you never get to see me on the last day of 2008. Eeeee really HOWEI! =P
